These prices include cleaning fee at the end of your stay
- A baby cot can be added free of charge.
- Bedding and towels are foreseen in the apartments free of charge and can be changed upon request at our laundry charges of € 5/person. Pool towels are available upon request free of charge.
- Lerici imposes a tourist tax of € 4/ person (not for children <12) for a maximum of 5 days.

CONDITIONS
Reservations will be valid only after down-payment of 30% of the total stay unless agreed and confirmed differently. Please send me an email to confirm your wire transfer of the down-payment.
CANCELLATION – NO SHOW POLICY
Down-payments are paid back only if cancellations are communicated at least 14 days before the planned arrival date. In case of “no-show” or cancellations communicated less than 2 weeks prior to the booked arrival date, no deposit payback is foreseen. In case of earlier departure during your stay, we have the right to charge for the entire booked period.
PRIVACY
I wish to inform you that, in compliance with the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, your personal data will be handled respecting confidentiality and personal data protection. Personal data of guests will not be released to third parties without explicit authorization.
